Natchez Spring Pilgrimage
March 8 - April 8, 2014
Twenty-seven antebellum mansions, most of them being private residences, open their homes to visitors for a four-week pilgrimage excursion every spring. Your guides are costumed, family friends and descendants of the original home owners, whose stories are as real as the bricks and mortar in their hearths. Each house is unique and eye-catching, with 18th and 19th century decor, furnishings, porcelain, silver, tools, documents and diaries.
Historic Natchez Tableaux
March 7-April 5, 2014
The Historic Natchez Tableaux, a Pilgrimage tradition since 1932, depicts life in the Natchez area from the earliest French settlement in 1716 to the Civil War. This year new stories, characters and costumes enliven and enrich the telling of our history. The Natchez Tableaux is held at 8 p.m. each Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday beginning March 7 and ending April 5, 2014 at the City Auditorium, corner of Canal Street and Jefferson Street.
Southern Road to Freedom

The History of African-Americans in Natchez told through the songs and narration of the award-winning Holy Family Catholic Church Gospel Choir (the oldest African-American Catholic congregation in Mississippi.) Truly not to be missed! During Spring Pilgrimage - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings at 8 p.m., beginning March 8 through April 8, 2014.
Tales of a Dunleith Duo

A historical skit of the lives of John Roy Lynch and Alfred Vidal Davis, presented in three parts in between dinner courses designed by The Castle Restaurant's culinary team at historic Dunleith Inn. Dinner includes iced tea, bread service, salad, choice of two entrees(orders taken upon arrival), and dessert. Entree choices will be pork tenderloin or redfish. Cash bar opens at 6:00p.m. and the dinner and show begin at 7:00p.m. Reenactment dinners are are Sunday, March 23 and Sunday March 30, 2014. $55 per person inclusive for dinner and show. For group tours reserving all spaces, they may choose their own two entree choices (steak option is $65 inclusive).

The Natchez Little Theatre presents, Southern Exposure, a satirical comedy on the Natchez Spring Pilgrimage. A very entertaining and humorous depiction of the town of Natchez during Spring Pilgrimage in the 1950's. Great entertainment for the entire family!

Power of the Angels - March 23, 2014
Join the Natchez Festival of Music, in cooperation with the Opus Sanctorum Angelorum (OSA), on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at the historic St. Mary Basilica, 105 South Union Street in Natchez, Mississippi for an once-in-a-lifetime inspiring concert of celestial choral music and lecture on the Power of the Angels. Priests from the Work of the Holy Angels will alternate with choral compositions for a listening experience that is truly heavenly. Enjoy the amazing sounds of heaven as the priests of the community of OSA tell about the Choir of Angels and their purpose. Special lecturers will be Father Joseph Doyle, SSJ, Father Matthew Hincks, ORC, and Father Ludwig M. Oppl, ORC. Musical selections will be performed by singers from the University of Southern Mississippi Opera. Take an afternoon or night to enjoy the fun and spirited class of Mixology, the art and science of cocktails, at the King's Tavern!
