Historic Natchez Tableaux, Fridays and Saturdays, March 4 - April 2....8:00PM From the Natchez Indians' battle with the French and the glory days of the Natchez elite to the triumph over slavery, and the dismantling of the Forks of the Road slave market by "Colored Troops" of the Union Army, experience the deep history of Natchez through storytelling, music, dance,and costumes at the Historic Natchez Tableaux. This 83-year tradition offers a peek into the past and a greater understanding of the people and events that have shaped nearly 300 years of Natchez history.
