Dr. Walter Ross Wade originally owned this cotton plantation home with 14 rooms, 14-foot ceilings, 10 fireplaces, and winding stairway. Dr. Wade kept a journal of life before and during the Civil War that guests may read.

Rosswood's four guest rooms are upstairs, furnished with canopied beds, oriental rugs, and antique furnishings.

Guests get a guided tour of the home, and use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi.
